U Care Unlimited provides a free initial consultation, which is not subject to any charges or refunds. All paid services are customized and governed by a separate contract agreed upon with each client. Once services have commenced, refunds are generally not provided due to the tailored nature of the work.
Any exceptions, adjustments, or payment-related terms will be addressed within the individual client contract. For questions regarding payments or billing, please contact us directly.
